This form is for community groups, organizations and individuals applying for space on a one-time or ongoing basis as specified in The 519’s Space Use Policy, aligned with our strategic priorities. Everyone who is interested in space use must complete this application.

The 519 affirms our commitment to the provision of accessible space to our communities. If approved, you will be required to enter into an agreement with The 519 that outlines the terms and conditions for using space at The 519.

PLEASE NOTE: The 519 provides free use of space to community groups and community services under strict conditions. Groups are expected to be financially accessible to those who wish to participate. In accordance with The 519’s Space Use Policy, groups that charge a participant fee may be asked to pay a rental fee.

The information is used to evaluate the proposal for use of space and to communicate with the applicants regarding The 519’s decision. Successful applicants will continue to receive informative communications from The 519 related to their ongoing use of space. The 519 will not trade personal information with other organizations.
