This form is for community groups, organizations and individuals applying for space on a one-time or ongoing basis as specified in The 519’s Space Use Policy, aligned with our strategic priorities. Everyone who is interested in space use must complete this application.

The 519 affirms our commitment to the provision of accessible space to our communities. If approved, you will be required to enter into an agreement with The 519 that outlines the terms and conditions for using space at The 519.

Catering by The 519 is The 519's productive social enterprise catering service. Proceeds help fund The 519's many programs.

Please note that The 519 does not permit catering from outside vendors for space use bookings. Please reach out to catering@the519.org for your food and beverage needs, including special event and custom menus!

We recommend two week's notice to ensure full menu availability.

The 519 is a fully licensed venue and all alcohol on the premises must be under The 519's liquor license.

In accordance with The 519’s Space Use Policy, groups that charge a participant fee may be asked to pay a rental fee.
