    Our 519 Volunteer Onboarding includes attending Basic Training Parts 1 and 2 that take place in-person. This form will let you sign up for Basic Training Part 1 to get started!

    At the session, you'll learn more about The 519's Volunteer Program and how to continue on to our Part 2 Volunteer Training session!
  • We are currently offering Part 1 Volunteer Training the morning of Saturday, September 19 and the evening of Thursday, September 24. Please select ONE date that works best for you!*

  • The personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the City of Toronto Act, S.O. 2006, Chapter 11, Schedule A, s. 136 (b) & (c) . Personal information is used for the delivery of The 519’s programs and services. Specifically, it will be used for the purpose(s) of: Registration, Program Evaluation, Reporting, Program Planning, Determining Eligibility, Sending Communications, Fundraising.
